Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging,

  • No damage has occurred due to improper handling,

  • Hygiene-related products have been thoroughly cleaned before being returned,

  • In case of a defect, it must be reported immediately upon receipt,

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer,

  • Returns will be processed within 7 business days after receipt.

Stella’s Boutique reserves the right to decline returns if products appear used, damaged or do not meet the stated conditions.

2. How to Start a Return

If your item qualifies, please email us at info@stellasboutique-sydney.com with the following details:

  • Order number,

  • Reason for return,

  • A photo of the item, if damaged,

  • Full name,

  • Delivery address.

Please do not send items back to the sender’s address. After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the correct return address. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Withdrawal, Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Because we operate with an automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. For this reason, cancellations are no longer possible once the shipping process has begun.

To cancel an order:
Send a clear cancellation request via email to info@stellasboutique-sydney.com. Cancellations are only valid once we have received both the request and the returned goods.

Please note, if your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, the cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please wait until the package arrives and follow the return procedure instead.

Refund After Withdrawal

If your return is accepted, we will refund the full purchase amount excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will always be processed using the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • All returns are shipped at the customer’s risk and expense,

  • We recommend using a tracked service to avoid loss in transit,

  • If your package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund,

  • Returns are only accepted at our central warehouse. Items sent to any other address will not qualify for a refund.
