How Shipping Works
As soon as you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming that it’s been received and is being prepared. Orders are usually packed and processed within 1–3 working days. Please note, orders placed after 16:00 on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing the following business day.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. From dispatch, deliveries generally take between 8–12 working days.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, occasional delays can occur due to seasonal demand, customs clearance or extreme weather.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 9 business days, please allow up to 5 additional working days before contacting us. Should it still not arrive, feel free to email us at info@stellasboutique-sydney.com, we’ll make sure to assist you promptly.
